How to make order on Trgovina Ekstra web site

Ordering can be done in several ways:

1 - PHONE

Every day from 08:00-16:00 hours on the phone 040 500 166

By convention, we send a pro forma invoice to your e-mail, fax or by mail. After received payment, we send you our partner product delivery services (Lagermax AED Overseas).

2 - PERSONAL SHOPPING IN OUR SHOP

All payments by cash and credit cards can be done in the Trgovina Ekstra physical store on the address, Mihovljan Prvomajska 140, 40000 Čakovec

3. ONLINE SHOPPING 24/7

Items can be purchased in the following ways:

- wire payment according to generated order on our webshop (internet banking, payment slip or transfer order)
- Online payment cards once (American Express, Diners, Maestro, MasterCard and VISA)
- online card payment by installments (up to 12 installments - American Express, Diners, Maestro-PBZ, VISA-PBZ)

As soon as we receive your payment/order we will prepare the goods for delivery and inform you that the goods are ready for delivery and start delivery to your address.

The whole process from order to goods received can take 2-10 working days, and most depend on where within, how and where you have paid the amount of the offer, and delivery address.


- All prices are stated in Croatian Kuna and Euros (Euros are only for informational purpose) for buyers outside Croatia and include VAT. Euro exchange rate is dayly updated based on HNB (Croatia National Bank) middle exchange rate.

- Online Payments by credit cards are accepted only in Croatian Kunas
- Seller has the right to amend them without notice.
- Seller is not responsible for incorrect descriptions and pictures.
